More Than 34 Years Of Experience & Excellent Results
I want to personally welcome you to our web-site. I began my career thirty four years ago as an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office. I chose public service as the way I wanted to start off my legal career because it was important to me that I start my legal career by first giving back to our community. During my four years as an Assistant State Attorney I had the opportunity to gain invaluable experience as a trial lawyer. I was fortunate to be mentored by some of the best litigators in Florida.

After four years of public service I elected to go into private practice and I have been blessed throughout my time as a private practitioner to represent many incredible people who have entrusted me to handle their legal problems and matters, some very complex in nature. I have handled many types of cases including family law, criminal defense, corporate start ups, mergers and acquisitions. I have represented doctors, clinics, and other providers of health care service, as part of my health care law practice. I have represented many folks in the purchase and sale of a home, in the purchase and sale of a business, and handled complex civil litigation involving trademark infringement, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, and employment agreement disputes. During the COVID-19 pandemic I have defended large national corporations against eviction. The practice areas that you will find on my web-site reflect areas that I feel confident and competent in taking on that area of legal representation. I take enormous pride in being accessible on weekends and even holidays. I enjoy dissecting a complex legal issue, and identifying realistic, effective, and speedy solutions to legal matters. I care about people and I emphasize and sympathize with a client’s legal matter and try very hard to shoulder those concerns and take great joy in the triumphs achieved for a client through honest work, focused effort, and results produced.
What sets me apart from other lawyers is that I have a deep appreciation for the trust clients place upon me with their personal and business legal affairs and matters. I care, I worry, and the legal problems of my clients become my problem, as I try to shift the burden of the legal concern away from their shoulders, and on to mine. Also, honesty, integrity, and experience are three essentials characteristics that set me apart from other lawyers.
I take great pride in assessing myself as more than a “lawyer”, I am a “counselor on the law”. As a lawyer I take great pride in my advocacy skills, having sharpened those skills for thirty two years in the practice of law. As a “counselor at law” I also take great pride in counseling people as I identify their case issues and provide realistic and speedy solutions to their legal concerns and matters, all while remaining sensitive to the fact that legal representation can be very costly, and not everyone can afford a lawyer.
I do promise this, and that promise is that I will handle your matter with care, respect, and competently, as I try to reach the quickest solution possible so that your legal matter is taken care of successfully.
